  1. Alot of the ex players in the media were average on the pitch and they talk alot of rubbish in the media , king kane excellant i hope he wins something with bayern bundesliga, ucl or dfb pokal german cup deserve one or more of those must keep doing it and whole team improve always , fc bayern munchen german mia san mia .

  2. Last season these pundits were slating Kane for not winning the league. Now that it looks like Kane will win the league they are saying 'no, no.. it's all about the Champion's League'. If he wins the champion's league they will say 'no, no he hasn't won the treble'. Fck them. They are TOTALLY jealous of Harry Kane and his talent.. and I love it!!! 🙂

  3. The disrespect (envy, let’s get it right) of Kane is baffling. The numbers don’t lie, he’s been hitting elite level numbers for over a decade now. Take Messi and ronaldo who are aliens, out of the conversation and he’s right at the top. As for the euros, he clearly wasn’t over the back injury from the tail end of last season. How this hasn’t been picked up is equally baffling. When he is retired and England have no world class strikers to select, they will be crying out for someone of his calibre

  4. It's very interesting to read your comments, dear mates from England, especially the critical opinions about Kane. As for the performance during the Euros, it has to be said that England played rubbish in relation to their capabilities. Kane's reliability on penalties is a particular plus for a team with opponents defending as deep as most of the Bayern opponents. Augsburg defended very disciplined and withstood attrition for a long time, unlike Zagreb. Furthermore, Kane is a very team-orientated striker (at least in Munich) who is also very important for Bayern's pressing. In this still young season, he already has almost as many assists in the major competitions as in the whole of last season. Incidentally, Lewandowski had his strongest and highest-scoring phase at Bayern when he put his game at the service of the team.
Comparisons between individual players are usually not tenable, as they almost never play in the same position in the same system against comparable opponents. Not to mention the dependencies on the style of play and daily form of the other individuals on the pitch.
Personally, I'd rather have a Kane, a Thomas Müller and a Zidane in their prime on the pitch than a CR7 together with Messi and Neymar. It's still football, after all, and not some weird Vegas show. Even if I'm becoming increasingly unsure about that😉

  5. Why do they bring up Penalties as if they somehow don't count. They criticised him for missing a Penalty against France, now he's scored a few, it somehow doesn't really count. You can't have it both ways.

  6. Kane’s a great striker but like Shearer in his later years, he’s lost a lot of pace. Shearer compensated with strength and dropping deep, but that doesn’t work well for Kane, as he doesn’t have the same strength. And when you’ve got players not making those quick runs like under Southgate had them playing for England, he suffers. His predatory style needs the right style of play around him with pace doing his running for him, to remain effective, which is what he’s got at Munich with Sane and Musiala around him. He’s still a world class striker. I’d have him at Newcastle in a heartbeat.

  7. The Harry Kane conundrum.

To defend their beloved Kane, Englishmen are now having to argue that the Bundesliga is just as good as the Premier League…actually it's actually better now that Kane is playing in it.

These same Kane fans the struggle to explain why Kompany looks like prime Guardiola in the Bundesliga.

  8. The leading scorer of the Premier league, came from the Bundesliga… the leading scorer in La Liga, came from the Bundesliga.

People try to downplay Germany, yet the 3 leading scorers in the major leagues all have experience in the German league
