  1. Im a Chelsea fan, and all I can say is: You reap what you sow. Spurs absolutely deserve this after Romero pulled Cucurella by the hair directly in front of Anthony Taylor and he let it go so you could get a point. And now karma came back around. Hope that point was worth it.

  2. I'm amazed by the ignorance of the referees and some pundits who don't understand the rules of the game. This is a simple 2 against goalie situation.
Take away all the defenders and see if Royal got the ball on the offside If not then is he passing the ball forward to Kane or square it?
The video clearly shows Royal passing back to Kane. Since Royal himself was not offside any Tot player behind him regardless of being in front of the defenders will not be offside.
How can Kane be offside when the last player here being Royal is not? Royal passes backwards to Kane and that's not offside.
The only situation this could be offside was for Royal to be behind Kane. Lines don't show that.
    Amazing!😳

  3. It’s was no offside but on tv they show a pic wear it was offside but not wean the bill dod got hit πŸ˜‚ or ho the boll come from say it was from a sporting player then still no offside

  4. For someone who played a good level of football and thinking I knew the rules inside out I’m starting to question if I ever knew the offside rule! It’s a minefield now. I still think it was a goal and another day even with VAR that would have been given

  5. As if Emerson Royal could pull off such an accurate pass as that in the first place!!! Alot of us seem to be missing a point here, ignore Harry's position in relation to the ball for a minute, and watch it back in slow motion…
Emerson's attempted pass is going slightly backwards (it must do, to hit the defender), and in turn would not have landed at Harry Kane's feet as it did.
Only because the defender deflects the ball to the feet of Kane, does he get to have the attempt on goal. Therefore, the goal should stand, as the last touch was from an opponent player.

  6. Reminds me of ManCity vs Liverpool game.. ball came of Fabinho.. Mancity player scored and ruled offside.. because fabinho had no idea & not deliberately done..
    Same in this case..

  7. Let's go back a couple of seasons. John Lundstram, then of Sheffield United, was judged to be offside by VAR because the toe of his boot was offside. Lundstarm at the time was on the extreme right wing and no where near the goal mouth when David McGoldrick scored for United. This was against Spurs in the EPL. The goal was disallowed because of his toe being offside on the extreme right touch line. Spurs fans thought this was a good decision and were happy about VAR then. Not so in this game.

  8. Ok – Corner comes into the box and an attacker is nearest to the goal line. There is no offside at this point due to specific exemption for corners. However, a defender unwittingly glances the corner towards his own goal and at the attacker who then scores. That "goal" would be disallowed for offside. The same effectively happens with Kane. I'm a Spurs fan and it is the right decision.
I think all VAR decisions should have to take four minutes so I can go and make a cuppa each time!

  9. Just unbelievably sickening how often Tot gets robbed of legit goals even with VAR. I would even go so far as to say BY VAR. It's literally criminal. Looks every bit like a fix.

  10. I'm a Spurs fan, but he is just marginally offside. I think the lines are actually a bit extra generous towards Kane than they should be. The deflection doesn't make him offside as it's not a deliberate attempt to play the ball. He's just ever so slightly in front of the ball.

  11. I'm done with this bs. As a gambler who is on a hell of a losing streak seeing myself on the wrong side of VAR for the fifth time in a week(previous experiences not counting), I'm now taking things very personally. I can't prove it's corrupt but I don't need to, all I know for sure is it's affecting me in negative ways financially and emotionally and has forced me to admit to myself that the game is up. I don't want this pressure anymore in my life but for all the bad things I've ever done I've suffered the consequences and been punished and then some. I believe I'm owed some justice now but I will only get that by serving it myself.

  12. Kane was on-side when perisic played the pass then he played his self offside with the final pass it’s 50-50 for me bcuz no lines man could of make that decision too clinical

  13. Kane was clearly in an offside position when the ball was crossed but was not active in the play at that time. However, the ball rebounded off a defender and therefore he was put offside when he received the ball. If the defender had deliberately kicked the ball he would have been put onside and the goal would have been allowed- quote offside offence: gaining an advantage by playing the ball or interfering with an opponent when it has: rebounded or been deflected off the goalpost, crossbar or an opponent.

  14. group D is the most weird group in UCL.. because all off group members are mediocer level. as an example, Ranger and Frankfurt are similar power.. Frankfurt still can do something at this shit group.. But how about Rangers? they can't do everything agaisnt Napoli, Liverpool and Ajax

  15. According to the offiside rule and the lines at 1:38 this goal is offside. All sporting cp defenders are behind the ball and according to rules the ball becomes the offiside line. Since nazinho had no intention to play the ball Kane is offside by a knee. The only argument for this not being a offside is bad positioning of lines.
