Kane is finally showing his class here at Bayern. He was amazing at Spurs, but at Bayern, with their more traditional wingers and Laimer, he gets the crosses he wants, and also the backline ends up wider than it is when he played for Spurs, allowing him to find space to knock in a couple goals

Although Bayern had managed to win the Germany Cup game against FC Cologne, Bayern defense conceded an opposition team's opening goal. I think that Bayern can try to change the way of playing their all upcoming Bundesliga, German Cup ,and Champions League matches to win the game by not conceding an opposition team's opening goal.

That yellow card on Diaz wasn’t great. If the referee let’s Koln take 10 meters walking on their throw ins, it’s absolutely fair to make them walk it even further.

Kan doing Kane things, but for me the Olise goal from an assist from Diaz was pure class. Diaz had every right to shoot but passed to Olise who obliged by nice passing the ball into the goal and not blowing it. I think people underestimate how smart Olise is, I know they like to play off of the Aura Farming thing, but I just think he's working this out in his head moment by moment. It sure is fun watching Bayern play unless they beat your team. When do they play PSG?

There was some controversy about the first goal because Diaz was actually offside, but it's impossible to see here, since they only show one replay. There is no VAR this early in the tournament, and it's understandable that it was impossible to see for the officials because a Cologne player ran towards goal before Diaz touches the rebound. It would have been nice though to see the issue in the highlights.
