Hi coach how long each stretch
Hey Coach Javi, wouldn't training the core the DAY before a game make it fatigue during the game since it got worked? Or do you just keep it at a low intensity?
Any Gym routine you can suggest that i would do in the morning and then go and play football from afternoon?
Does this apply for too?

I do a normal workout like pushups, jumping jacks, bench dips, planks, mountain climbers 30 mins after a game, is it good to do this normal workout after a game?
What about the day of a game that's what I want to know?
