GOOD BAD & UGLY Bundesliga 1&2 TRIKOTS 😲 Football Shirt PRICE RISES!

Here’s some football shirts facts for you… Did you know the Fake Football Shirt market in the UK is now worth over £180 million a YEAR! For every 1 genuine shirt being sold, 1.6 fake shirts are in circulation… HOWEVER as a German Football advocate, I’ve noticed less discussion on counterfeit Jerseys… or TRIKOTS as they’re known in Germany 🇩🇪 Is this because German Football Fans are happier with the prices they are paying? Or is it because of 50+1 Fan Ownership and how they’re not lining the pockets of greedy Billionaire owners like we have in the Premier League – they’re more inclined to put their money into the club… 🤔 In this video we take a look at EVERY Bundesliga and 2. Liga Trikot for the 25/26 season – share our opinions on them – BEST and WORST? Share YOUR thoughts in the comments section below peeps 👇🏽 Do you always buy REAL authentic football shirts or have you made your way over to DH Gate for a fake alternative⁉️

  1. There i was thinking £50 for the new donni top was expensive. Best bet is waiting halfway into season they tend to drop the prices a bit. Like the look of the hanover and frankfurt tops. Not forgetting st paulis 3rd top. Why clubs cant just have 2 is beyond me

  2. I bought last seasons Augsburg third shirt, and looking at getting a few German club shirts this year. I like the Hansa Rostock third shirt, and Bremens and Dynamo Dresdens shirts so far, not looked much into the other clubs yet.

  3. I do think there is a connection between Bundesliga supporters and the 50+1 rule. I've been a member of FC Bayern München since my teenage years and knowing my money is going to support the club and not a Saudi/American Billionaire does make me more willing to buy a new trikot. Now with Bayern, the trikots have been so bad so I I haven't bought one in a few years, butt he new third goalkeeper trikot is amazing and will be the one I buy this year.

  4. Some clubs now also have separate jerseys for their female teams. For example the Schalke one is kinda cool with a different sponsor. Expensive, but that's kinda expected for an Adidas Schalke shirt.

  5. Gotta say this is the first time I like Hannover 96 away shirt more than the home one..
I’ve just grown up with the all red ones..
But they already had striped ones in the 70s so it has a bit of a historic vibe to it..

  6. Well, our new VfL Bochum home shirt 25/26 is very similar to the last one
and I can not see a lot of differences.
I'm glad about the same kind of dark blue.
After relegation this shirt smells like promotion 💙👍

    By the way,
(my opinion) congratulations to Eintracht Frankfurt.

My favourite shirt of all Bundesliga-Clubs.
    It doesn't get any better.

  7. When I was younger, I couldn't afford a football shirt, and my parents just wouldn't buy me one. I can afford them now, but I think the prices are just too high, and I certainly won't buy one every year.

  8. My "controversial" football shirt take is – the most "basic" the design, keeping to a tradition/clean look with little/minimal additions/changes each year makes the best shirt & keeps a strong identity. Think Gladbach's last couple, vs Dortmund who have ruined their sleek Yellow/Black image.

  9. As a VfB fan, I love our new shirt. With our "Brustring", it ist difficult to come up with new takes on our home shirt, but this year they did come up with a major change without disrespecting the mandatory "Brustring", plus adding a landmark of our city to the shirt (stäffele). As a club member, I paid 100 euros for it with player print and bundesliga logo on it, wich is sort of fine considering Bayern want 100 for their fan version with nothing on it.

  10. Seeing as you only switched to Bochum from United recently how did you get hold of those older retro kits from Germany ? I want to get hold of Prüssen Münster kits especially last year's home shirt but I find them so tricky to find. 🙁

  11. Loved this video….cheers m8!!! 😊….

Happy with both paderborn and preussen münsters shirts….They look pretty cool…Bochums shirt is ok and i prefer sankt Pauli's former shirt to theur new one…..will i buy them?……maybe new scarves if the design changes😊

  12. If it's like that most of fans Herr in 🇩🇪 buy them every year because of the bond to their favorite club, I don't think the most say the prices are OK especially at the top clubs

  13. The kit hasn't be released yet, but there have been a lot of leaks, and I have to say I'm extremely happy with Liverpool going back to Adidas. The kits look smashing.

  14. I hate Nike,so boring and generic and my team Portsmouth wears them. Hummel and Adidas are great.
People have shifted to wearing retro shirts. I definitely have. Just too expensive to get new shirts.

  15. Getting massive late 90s Duisburg vibes from that new HSV home shirt. The fact I'm pretty sure that's Stig Tofting on the video thumbnail (who played for the Zebras then before moving to Hamburg) has made me even more confused!

  16. I really like Bochum's dark blue jersey. The previous shade of blue felt too generic, but this new one stands out as something unique. Are there any other clubs in Germany that use this shade as their primary color? Off the top of my head, only Babelsberg comes to mind. With this shade of blue, Bochum is not just another blue club. It's unique.

  17. As an overseas fan, my complaint about Bundesliga shirts is that unless you're a fan of one of the big clubs, your best option for a legit kit (especially if you want it personalized) is to order directly from the club's online site. I've bought two Union Berlin shirts in recent years (Definitely not a fan of this year's shirts.) and shipping to the US was €40, which seems steep, so both times I've ended up buying other stuff in addition to the shirt.

  18. Last year, I bought four Lautern home jerseys because they were the coolest in German professional football. Our new one looks good, but not as good as the old one. This year, I'm thrilled with our third jersey and ordered three, plus a home jersey (which is more a matter of honor than taste).

  19. Although the new Augsburg shirt is similar to last year's Bochum special shirt, the design was actually created by a fan in early 2025 for a contest by Mizuno and voted on by other fans.

  20. Shirts are far too expensive. Basically 90 quid for say a blue t shirt. As a consumer i just take my chance and leave buying until mid or end of season sales start. As a fan,it just makes me more cynical about the game. The designs are usually retro or traditional, so a lot of money for 40-50 year old designs or the same design every year. Just treating fans as cash cows. Other sports like rugby league or the Irish GAA have similar shirts but are a great deal cheaper. Fans will go back to silk scarves, scarves or just anything in club colours rather than fork out. In south america the fashion was you buy the shirt of your first season as a grown up and thats it, you dont buy another one.

  21. You did HSV (Hamburg) soooooooo dirty! Even though, you said they crushed it, you mention it for 2 seconds and even put it in the 2nd BL. Unforgivable !

  22. Don’t know what your plans are, however Brentford host Gladbach on Friday 8 August, in case you didn’t know… and I totally agree about not being valued, 40 years a STH at West Ham, just taken out a membership at 1FC Koln..

  23. I too as a supporter feel absolutely ripped off, which is why my newest Spurs shirt has the name "Kane" printed on the back. I think it's four or five years old now.
