Coincidence I think not it's the curse of the mullet
FC? original name
Before americans should start calling their clubs "FC" to make them sound trendy, they have to accept that the name of the game starts with an "F" not an "S", and change "MLS" to "MLF" and call the football of the NFL something else. Personally, it would make more sense otherwise they should call it "SC", i.e. just like Orlando City SC, it should be NYCSC or SC Dallas or Toronto SC.
Seriously which small minded people care about where the money is coming from? As long as it makes a difference and changes peoples lives.
Wow nycfc I already knew about it but still
#1WorldBaseballClassic&Fifa.The NHL is a dying sport.
Okay, how about just saying money from the Arabian peninsula? I think that will fit the lot. The only English part is because of where Man City is located. I honestly think NYCFC will be a way for Man City to loan out their youth players in MLS to put them on the market if they don't work out in England. I don't have a problem with that if there are potential US internationals in their youth set up though.
This time it was English and UAE money.
David beckham was here
I'm no fan of NYCFC. The next MLS club should be in the south somewhere. The south has no MLS teams. Oh well, when that Qatari money comes in, I don't see anyone saying no.
Danny didnt just move guys.. Its not a welcome party
