  1. Such a lazy analysis of Newcastle. They have 14 first team/rotation players out, and the same XI have played 5 full 90 matches in 2 weeks, that's nothing to do with them not being ready, that's an unprecedented list of unavailable players, you can't plan for that.

    If Villa are gonna win the league, they need to translate their home form to the away matches

  3. We've seen time and again in American football that when the head coach is also the general manager, it very rarely works. Man United definitely need a sporting director, and stop having the manager essentially act as the sporting director, too. I agree with Gary 100 percent. And you can blame the Glazers — leaders of an organization or company or sports team ALWAYS set the culture for that company or team, and the Glazers have created a horrible culture at Man United, which results in what we see now.
