Thank you Coach! I really appreciate all your hard-work and enthusiasm for football. These are perfect for older teams! I primarily coach premier youth female teams and I struggle a bit to fully embrace the idea of "entertaining" the players. I can't relate much as I grew up overseas and just having a ball and doing Rondos and scrimmages was all we needed. And as you said, when I do apply fun drills, practice can become too loose, and reining it back in is time consuming and frustrating to say the least. I'm curious to hear from you and/or other coaches on tricks to better manage that transition from "fun" to "business".
