Spurs were bottom half before levy took over in the 90s and weren't serial winners by any means.
Levy took spurs to a UCL final, constant european football and even UCL qualification in 40-50 % of the last 15 years.
Spurs have no divine right to be finishing above bigger football clubs such as Liverpool, Man utd, Arsenal and don't have the money that city,chelsea or even newcastle do.
Everton who are as big as spurs if not bigger have gone 30 years, not 16 without a trophy.
Villa who are as big as spurs if not bigger were in the championship as recent as 2018.

the way they ignored him and moved on when he said tottenham are historically bigger than man city like they didnt have the same number of leagues(x2) and city had a total of 12 trophies while being 7th in the all time league table. the 7th place in the all time league table as of 2008 had city above both spurs and chelsea.

The fact United signed a manager who openly admitted he can only play one specific type of football is a joke. Sure, you have ‘your way’ of playing, but not having any idea of how to change a game as it progresses is amateurish at best. Especially in the premier league, you need to be flexible.
