May be unpopular, but if a kicker is allowed to balk or deceive the keeper when they're going to kick, the keeper should be allowed to come off his line a bit. Spray a little semicircle if needed, but let it be somewhat fair. The keeper is already at a disadvantage in penalties without trickery.
