I think it's best to cover Busquets' teammates and passing lines to contain the team. If you press Busquets, youre leaving unmarked teammates and it's more likely he'll see them and pass successfully than you actually stealing the ball from him.
The most successful teams at defending against Barça or Spain always were the ones that closed their defense very tightly and gave no space.
