Football’s Most Dangerous Studs 😳

Testing the most dangerous studs in football… Believe it or not, the mullet stud is designed to be used on both firm/soft ground conditions. Today, we’ll be trying the former. Do you think these studs should be legal to use in soccer/rugby?! #ronaldo #football #soccer #futbol #futebol #cleats #viral #test #explore #usa #custom #footballer #soccercleats #mercurial #footballshorts

  1. The thing is, they're only dangerous in very little scenarios, usually while tackling. Smashing your head with opponent is worse, same with any unnatural movement of legs while being fouled. This sport is already dangerous and how many times do you see people getting hurt by this? Not so much? I thought so.

  2. Where I live metal studs are actually illegal, they are just too good at what they do that if you are not a professional you might get seriously injured.

  3. Simple explanation of studs.
Bladed Short studs (plastic) – normal grass
Rounded short studs (plastic) – artificial grass
Bladed short studs (metal) – dry grass (its brittle so it digs in better , think of mountain/hiking shoes)
Rounded long studs (metal) – wet grass (helps keep balance when the grass gives in from your weight)

  4. We used to be checked before the game by the ref if we weren't using metal studs. One of my Teammates had shoes where you could switch them out so sometimes he would change to metal one's during halftime to get back at someone who had been annoying.
