  1. I learned from many resources that yung player should play the game as much as possible in training. Would you agree this is not an exercise you do with larg group of kids, when they only train once or twice a week? Ours now train 3 times a week so it might make sense to add this as a 20 min exercise once a week? But probably this wont help much….

  2. great content! My only question is to the last point about shooting. You mention putting your plant foot away to get that extension. I was under the impression that your plant foot needs to be close to the ball and to lean to the side for shooting?

  3. Question, are we supposed to be on our toes while trying to keep balance or keep that foot planted. When do you start on your toes and when do you plant your feet?

  4. Fantastice video. Specially talking about foot size and leg length in terms of planting foot distance from the ball with how it affects shooting technique. Great insight.

  5. Thanks coach. been practicing and coaching balance for over 12 year's now. Using balance pads and bossu balls are a true secret. These help to develop proper technique. Thanks for sharing and caring about his topic. Really nice to see the approach and how to correct errors. Great work

  6. Great vid! Looking forward to seeing more. I'm a 27yo who hasn't played for 4 years but I'm looking to get back into it. More videos on non-technical things like balance such as agility, movement, keeping your head up etc would be awesome. Cheers.

  7. Can’t stress this enough especially when players are learning the Cruyff turn to turn back or even to change directions moving forward!!! Quality stuff πŸ‘ πŸ‘ πŸ‘
