I have great stamina but when my feet are bleeding my stamina decrease Significantly (i play bare foot)
Wish I had these vids in HS. I quit soccer because I moved to a new state and stopped practicing for a few months. Didn't make varsity in my new school due to lack of conditioning. One of my biggest regrets. I'm barely starting to play again

I don’t think you should wait to catch your breath too much cuz isn’t the point of the drills to work under fatigue? So why wait until your not fatigued anymore and you caught your breath
I've recently started playing again. It was horrible I'm goalkeeper. And in the first dive i took I was winded lmao
