We should never have signed him aa a manager, Wrong man at the wrong club.
He needs to start at none league level and learn his job properly.
He should work as a comedian. Keep talking rubbish about Cristiano. Thats the best W.Roneey is best at
even his former teammate won't hire him to managed Salford
The bloke has embarrassed himself for too long
Not everyone is not meant to be a manager
Being top player in your day doesn't mean your going to be top coach.
He needs to go and work as a coach under a tactically focused manager. He needs an experience like Arteta had under Pep. Maybe then he can step back into management.
He is good at the academy level, the kids will love & respect him.
Jeff shelves… is this as far as your budget goes.. the same guy that poses the awkward questions to question his job… you are embarasing… shreecmves and shearer youl never see in thevsame pitch 😅😅😅
Kind of difficult to succeed at Plymouth
The problem is he can't communicate effectively. Listen to him on TV, mumble mumble mumble. Imagine having to listen to him all day every day. Players quickly will stop listening.
can someone tell these owners that the players who did the grunt work for these superstars are actually the ones who turn out to be top managers
It needs to be over. He just keeps getting hired because of who he is.
Let him
Manage your club if
You want him to find another job and mess up another club
good player(not=)good manager
