Iām not a Madrid fan but it scares me more to see Valverdeās name on the team sheet than Bellinghamās because of how much ground Valverde covers. One moment heās on the RW sending a good cross, next minute heās on the CM role pressing the opponent off the ball, next minute he can be at RB stopping a counter attack. Heās also so fast that even a player like Raphinha or Leao who have fast pace can still be caught up by him on a counter attack. And I still donāt know why opponents havenāt learned to mark Valverde on corners even if he is outside the area because heās ready to take that long shot when the ball lands on him after an opposing CB clears the ball and has it land on him.
Ask anyone that goes to the stadium and they will tell you Fede is the best.
