  1. Cincinnati played one of their best matches of the season, while Nashville played sloppy, and Cincinnati still barely won. But I (Cincinnati fan) will take it – a win is a win. I'm encouraged by a much better looking offense that was consistently putting scoring chances together, and a midfield that won a lot of balls in the air as well as taking them away on the ground. And I love the defensive pressure that our forwards – specifically Jabbari and Brenner – were putting on Nashville's defense to win some balls back. Still don't feel like Cup contenders to me but this was a step in the right direction, and they're certainly capable of beating anyone when they put it all together.

  2. Both Cincinnati and Nashville defended well throughout the game, but, ever since 70th minute, counter attacking play began from center midfield to attacking midfield by every means of wing play, with goals scored by both of the teams. But it was the 97th minute, where Evander scored a fabulous goal, making it win and win situation for Cincinnati…

  3. It should’ve been 4-1, since Brenner missed from 8 yards out, and Evander missed another on a platter. Regardless, Cincinnati fought to the very end, and deserved the game. Anunga & Louro were also MVP’s.
