The best ones know when to get out. Classy coach, as exemplified by the Chile game, when she gave all the bench players some playing time. Much respect.
Some people are like, "she got lucky with the talent the USA has," well isnt the job of the USA coach to scout that talent and bring then onto the team plus make them have chemistry? She really was the best USA womens coach. She knew her stuff.
She should coach the Mens National Team……

She went from the U21 coach, to the assistant coach, to a coach that made the team even better than they already were. She’s come so far… it’s sad to see her leave.

The massive amount of players getting into the sport in the US made it easier for her/ on the other side, Poor German bastard, Jürgen Klinsmann has so few good players.
Her coaching career may have ended but her legend lives on forever!
