  1. They should not have allowed him to be a coach at all. Especially if there were investigations into his behavior. Since there was no way for the family to know via background check, the only ones privy to that info would be the county who was investigating him. They shouldโ€™ve made the parents aware of these investigations

  2. Wait ! So they are going to sue because of their own ignorance for NOT keeping their son safe ?? Talk about wanting to live the American dream , retiring with millions of tax payer money !! DEPORT !!

  3. The mother should have never let their son go with a stranger, coach or not. Bad parenting. The county doing a background check wouldve done nothing if there was no conviction. This isnt tax payers responsibility.

  4. His family was responsible for keeping him safe. Our tax dollars shouldn't make these people millionaires. I feel bad that their sons life was taken, but they should sue the criminal and his family. Shame on the money hungry lawyers. They only care about the money.
