I'm an arsenal fan and a fully licenced coach… this man is up there with my idols, people talk about falling off.. it takes years to develop a system let alone a simple game plan, this guy is a genius…. his football may be outdated however his man management is second to none… to have zlatan at your feet takes some doing man… he's up there as one of the goats

I remember when jose was a pundit at sky there was this whole agenda about lampard being at Chelsea and everyone was trying to automatically push the idea that he was going to be a great and they asked jose about it expecting him to approve that and jose went against that ideology
"I don't know. I can't say that he is going to be a great manager I just know lampard the player and obviously we all know what he was but a manager is such a different role. In this Era it looks like one day you're a pundit or one day you're a former bench player the next you become a manager. It's hard to win as a manager. You can't just be a top PL coach like that when I arrived at Chelsea only 2 managers arrived in the PL from outside that year. Benitez who won la Liga and the Europa league and myself who won 6 trophies in 2 years at Porto. That was the level required to be in the PL so I can't say he's going to succeed at Chelsea but I wish him the best"
