I have a lot of respect, and time, for Bradley, however, he's speaking garbage when talking about the US National Team and youth development is US Soccer. US players just don't have any pressure on them, nor do they have the Will. How can anyone explain that the 2017/18 US National Team isn't even worthy of being considered a shadow to the 1994, 1998, or 2002 teams?
Where are the replacements for Lalas, Bocanegra, McBride, Donovan, Meola, Friedel… And on and on? There wasn't a single player in the US National Team that would immediately walk into any mid-level European or Sout American side. How can he say people, mainly former players, are speaking BS? How can he say youth development is acceptable when even half the mediocre players the US National Team has where developed outside the USA?
One thing I know, If a team of mine ever lost to the likes of Trinidad I would never manage again… Unless my team was Granada, Haiti, or Barbados.
As for LAFC, I bet he's glad there are no relegations in MLS… That is a huge part of the problem,
