Terry Smith must be retained at all costs. Penn State needs Terry more than Terry needs Penn State.
"Penn St is probably a better program, has won more consistently than Alabama". Dude? Alabama has more all-time wins (997 to 926) than Penn State and more H2H wins (10 to 5) over Penn State.

Chesney is pretty good I think but I would want Terry Smith as Assistant HC at minimum.
Cignetti gutted that program and Chesney rebuilt that program immediately.
They need to get rid of Hagans and Danny Obrien. I'm surprised Franklin didn't bring them down yet. Prob waiting to end of season maybe. Please they must go!

There is only one box that must be checked for our new coach. He must embrace and promote what we all know is Penn State football. There will be a groundswell of support from fans, alums and doners. Let's stop wasting our energy on Franklin et all. WE ARE bigger than all of them. As soon as the dust settles all of us will see clearly what we have been missing.
