  1. Beckham used his very small area of foot when he was kicking the ball, so he misses if the pitch is not good, because when he was step into left food, ball moves and he kicks wide, like Turkey match.

  2. Kids today will never know how good Michael Owen was during his time at Liverpool. He was scoring hattricks, wondergoals at the World Cup, winning goals in Cup finals and was lightning quick even when he was still a teenager. He was the early 2000's equivalent of Mbappe in many respects. Shame his hamstring was made out of wheatabix

If Declan Rice and Moises Caicedo are worth over £100 million, Michael Own would've easily been worth at least £200 million in today's market no doubt about it

  3. The most ridiculous disallowed goal you’ll ever see!!

A goalkeeper that doesn’t react quick enough and is never looking likely to win the ball!

Disallowed got out jumping the opposition lol what a farce

  4. You can't script this. Missing the save due to taking off his gloves would've made him hated, but he saved it. Missing the last penalty as a GK taking over would've made him hated, yet he fucking scored it right against the post. Instead he is a cult hero, someone we reference when penalties are saved, whose spirit we invoke in high stakes moments.

  5. Great Portuguese side BUT Rooney had his foot trodden on and his metatarsal broken in the penalty area. How was that not a foul? And then Campbell's header was disallowed for no visible reason. Rooney was totally on fire that tournament, so sad he had to go out
