Canada is FINALLY going to be getting their first pro womens domestic league in 2024. Lets go.
All the women’s international continental championships last summer changed football forever. These women are making the game bigger, better and more inclusive for all male and female athletes / fans alike. Fast forward 100 years later after female athletes were disgracefully banned all over the world, it’s perfectly clear the women don’t play for fortune or fame, they play for the love of the game. We see their love, their passion, their energy. Real football fans are naturally drawn to them because all we only care about football and the football as an art philosophy. The same reason we real football fans are still in love with the 1982 Seleção and Sòcrates, the greatest male team and player to ever play football.
