That third, game winning goal, was such a dagger and gut punch to FCC. Cincy was looking drained and like their feet were in cement and the two most dangerous scorers we playing like it was the start of the match. Credit to both teams; I could go for a Crew vs FCC final every season. Hell is Real.
Three things strike me about this memory – the Crew under Nancy never give up; FC Cincinnati fans are fair weather; and Taylor Twellman still blows.

The MLS is really starting to get a lot better and way more exciting. Obviously it’s still not to the caliber of European leagues but it’s honestly just as fun to watch a lot of the time especially games like this one.
