Im from Sheffield (Blades fan) and I've been waiting to see if you'd mention we're twinned cities with Bochum. We have a road called Bochum Parkway. Don't think there's anything linking any of the clubs from here though!

20:50 Don't worry about the haters. If you had chosen a club in Bundesliga for clickbaits, then definetly not the club that is the lowest club in the league right now. I'm a Werder Bremen fan now for over 20 years, but I'm not from that region. I became it when, they were rather successful. But I stayed a fan when they descended to 2. Liga 4 years ago. You don't change your favourite club like your socks – and you have picked Vfl Bochum, or rather Bochum has picked you.
I have sympathy for Bochum staying in the 1. Liga – last but not least because of your vids. But if they'll descend, which is quiet possible, and you'ld stay a Bochum fan, that would show for me more of your passion for the club than a tattoe – but ofc it's your decission.

Wow! incredible win by Bochum and I believe that Bochum will hang in there and avoid relegation, also your loyalty to the team is real because I sit in front of the computer screen, and I get the goosebumps every time when they play that Bochum song it's something special I have never experienced before.
It seems like you learned the lyrics of the anthem by heart, literally. 🙂 I guess there's no better way to get some language skills when you're learning it en passant due to a passion such as your interest in German football and even a specific German football club, or any other things you're interested in or enjoying such as music. It doesn't feel like an effort.
P.S. I think Grönemeyer's English version of this song is a bit lame, somehow I think it's missing the 'spark' and the lyrics don't really seem to fit in with the original song. but that's just me…
