They say the two most important penalty-takers in a shootout are the first and the fourth. The first guy sets the tone and calms down his team mates. Statistically the fourth penalty-taker is the most likely tor miss. The best guys should be first and fourth (i.e. Toney and Kane/ Palmer). I think Toney is the best- he doesn't even need to look at the ball.

Fifa and Uefa should ban penalties with 'pause' like Bellingham and Cr7 did… not fair to goalkeepers.
They should move the ball back a few paces for the penalty kick. It is far too easy to score, not much of a challenge.
