  1. To those who mocked Bayern for parking the bus in this game, let me remind you that the game stats in the reverse fixture earlier this season was the exact opposite (and you can look it up yourself), it was
    1. Possession – Bayern 70% Leverkusen 30%
    2. Shots – 18 to 3 for Bayern
    3. Passes – 714 to 319 for Bayern
    4. Corners – 6 to 1 for Bayern
    5. Both teams had mid week UCL group games before they met in the league the same weekend (but this time round, Leverkusen did NOT have a mid week UCL game before facing a Bayern side that played in UCL playoff 2 days prior)
Despite all of the anove, Bayern STILL managed to hold q well rested Leverkusen to a draw, which tells me that this would have been a FAR more even game if Bayern didnt have to play mid week.
And im not even a Bayern fan, just an impartial observer

  2. As much as Kompany justifies it, it is a point he knows little about. By winning you put +11 points on Leverkusen and a foot and a half on the title. Nothing justifies why Bayern were afraid to attack
