Imagine having a job where you have to criticize football managers without having any experience as a manager and the more negativism you spew the better. Yes the players aren't good enough, but let's be honest, do United want a manager that can't handle players who don't want to give it their all? ETH just seems like the kind of guy that needs everything to be running smoothly and perfectly for him to do his job. He's a coach, not a manager. At some point as a manager, you need to be able to rally your team and make harsh decisions like cutting them from the squad when they aren't putting the work in. You can't always have it sunny and rosy.

I blame the man utd players
Man Utd have been rebuilding ever since Sir Alex and key players left (Vidić and Ferdinand left a massive hole in that defensive 4 for example). The Glaziers know nothing about football and Fergie and his staff carried that team. Losing him was a huge blow; players left, tactics changed, and bringing in and sacking managers does nothing to help. It’s back to square one every time. EtH is a fantastic manager, managing a very poorly run club.
