Geoff Shreeves joins Nico Cantor and Michael Lahoud to discuss the current state of Manchester United amid the club’s worst ever start to a Premier League season. What does the uncertainty over Erik ten Hag’s future say about the club? And why have the Red Devils been unable to snap the perpetual cycle of inertia since Sir Alex Ferguson’s departure in 2013? 1. Imagine having a job where you have to criticize football managers without having any experience as a manager and the more negativism you spew the better. Not to mention that these pundits are not held to any standard and can do or say anything and nobody would critic them or ask for them to lose their jobs.

  2. 6:20 this part. Nobody talks about Fergie's failure as a coach. He should have gotten out of the way like Klopp did. Mourinho would have taken over and momentum would have continued.

Instead his pride got involved and we go blubbering moyes who didn't even last a season

  3. The media just don’t know the business strategy. They are developing young squad and start over. ETH only there now to maintain the development and ‘hopefully’ get a cup. INEOS just started not even a full one season under their management. People just don’t understand.

  4. I mean you can see how the last five years started off for united. Only a difference of 2 points and they are all blaming manager. Its been like that for the past 10 years.

  5. Fan raised the concern of not bringing in a LB during the window…. now we only have one fit fullback in the first team 😂😂😂 but eth is the problem

  6. No other world class team in the world would Rashford be the leading player with the number 10 on his back an Mount be the number 7. While making more than half a million a week in wages between them.

  7. This is just a rehash of the same old stuff from different pundits. It’s the international break so it’s in their contracts to talk about United. And they even mentioned Antony. Oh they’re really thinking about that bonus 💰

  8. Yes the players aren't good enough, but let's be honest, do United want a manager that can't handle players who don't want to give it their all? ETH just seems like the kind of guy that needs everything to be running smoothly and perfectly for him to do his job. He's a coach, not a manager. At some point as a manager, you need to be able to rally your team and make harsh decisions like cutting them from the squad when they aren't putting the work in. You can't always have it sunny and rosy.

  9. This man has been given everything he wanted players wise and it seems no matter what amount of money United spend it’s never the managers fault for being average unless it’s the guy who got them second and they all blamed him and said he was backed 😂

  10. Yes. The owners are garbage lol American owners Glazers are terrible for this sport. They have no clue what they are doing and their hirings shows that.

  11. Man Utd have been rebuilding ever since Sir Alex and key players left (Vidić and Ferdinand left a massive hole in that defensive 4 for example). The Glaziers know nothing about football and Fergie and his staff carried that team. Losing him was a huge blow; players left, tactics changed, and bringing in and sacking managers does nothing to help. It’s back to square one every time. EtH is a fantastic manager, managing a very poorly run club.
