  1. I don't really know if I would go as far as to say that Liverpool have the better squad.

    Certainly I think that Liverpool have the momentum at this point of the season and have more attacking options than City. And those players are scoring goals when it matters, so far.

    As far as the game at the Etihad stadium goes this weekend, I think that a City win or a draw and the Premier League trophy is staying at the Etihad. But that in itself could cause City problems because at least Liverpool know that to have any possible chance of winning the Premier League they need to win at the Etihad, a City win or a draw is of no real use to Jurgen's side.

    I have a nephew who supports City but he fears Diaz.

  2. When someone says that they had chances to score 10 goals its good but they had to score. In the game against man City in anfield also although man city dominated the game but they were trailing twice so you cannot everyone get away by saying they had chances they got to score

  3. Yes Liverpool football team do have a far better team the Manchester City and I have put my bet down for Liverpool football team to win the Premier League for 2022 season last year 2021 at the beginning of the season

  4. Hold on we LFC still finished 3rd last season without Virg an no regular Centre backs , an this season we have all centre backs fit , add Konate into the mix I think we will beat Man city at ethiad , go on to win the league , an then do the quadruple this year , but I'm not forgetting that results go are way of course , but we're alot stronger with squad depth this season , Paul merson talking out his ar*e hole

  5. Alisson > Ederson
    Trent > Walker
    Van Dijk > Dias
    Matip > Laporte
    Robertson = Cancelo
    Henderson < De Bruyne
    Fabinho > Rodri
    Thiago > Bernardo
    Salah > Mahrez
    Jota > Foden (as a striker at least)
    Mane = Grealish

    Kelleher > Steffen
    Konate = Stones
    Gomez > Ake
    Tsimikas > Zinchenko
    Milner < Fernandinho
    Keita = Gundogan
    Jesus = Firmino
    Diaz = Sterling (for now)

    Add Oxlade-Chamberlain, Elliott, Jones, Minamino and Origi to that too

  6. Man City can win the primer league but man City to win champions league is not easy to win champions league needs experience and man city don't have experience to win champions league

  7. No one talking about how Stevie's Villa will be the banana skin and he'll finally begin to forgive himself for "the slip" after Liverpool take it on the final day. Calling it now

  8. "if they both continue like they are City are going to win it"
    Erm… City are dropping points and Liverpool aren't.
    Not saying Liverpool won't, but that's a nonsensical line of thought

  9. I love how city are looking at Kane and Haaland… why can't they sign any average players like liverpool do and then mould them into their starting striker? Gabriel Jesus started ahead of Bobby for Brazil, yet we consider him not good enough to be a striker for city. I just don't get it.

  10. it's gonna be a draw between LFC and MCFC and they both win out until the last day. and Villa come up and Gerrards side beat city and coutinho has the winning goal that propels Liverpool to the title.

  11. id say we are better in some ares but not in others, thats why its kinda evened itself out, i would however say that liverpool has been built more cost effectively …ahem lol

  12. Liverpool better win it – if not this yr, then next. Coz for all the plaudits (very deserved by the way) and their fans’ yapping (I’d be a bit more humble if my team had one title in over 3 decades but hey, that’s jus me), they have one title in 6 yrs now under Klopp. When history looks back, 2nd place won’t mean much. The better teams of the premier league era average around at least a title every 3-4 years and the very best ones have an even better ratio….

  13. I am tired of people commenting on city's lack of a number nine whenever they slip up. But people forget Liverpool have never had a number 9 throughout Jürgen Klopp's reign. Firmino is a fasle 9 or an attacking midfielder. We are all fighting without a number 9. Period.

  14. I prefer the Liverpool fixtures as the team Liverpool playing won’t defend they will attack but the city fixtures are all teams who will setback and defend. Ok paper yes city have better fixture but is PM no game is easy
