  1. You need a balance. If you eat too much junk you’ll be unhealthy, if you eat too healthy you’ll crave sweets more, having a balance is super important and as a provincial soccer player it’s true

  2. EXACTLYYY THE KEY IS BALANCE CAUSE TO MUCH OF ANYTHING IS BAD AND TO LITTLE IS ALSO BAD SO NEVER BE AFRAID OR GUILTY AFTER HAVING SOMETHING LIKE A CHOCOLATE

  3. Hamburgers arent bad for you as long as you use whole wheat or whole grain buns and dont load ot up with a ton of mayo and ketchup. Mustard has hardly no calories in it and adding lettice tomatoes onions pickles are all healthy. And you can eat sweet potatoes fries or slice up your own potatoes and bake them and add salt and seasonings. French fries are only bad if you deep fry them in bad oils like most fast food places do

  4. Its a lifestyle change a balanced diet. No one should deprive themselves of junk food or sweets or they will eventually binge eat alot of it. 80 percent healthy and 20 percent junk foods. Someone who is very fit and active and burns alot of calories can ger away with eating more junk food and sweets than 20 percent and be fine.

  5. Hi! I love your videos. I also have a request for a video. Some people I know say that soccer is not a physical contact sport. Could you make a video of how soccer is a physical contact sport. Maybe just like clips of games that have physical contact. Idk. Could you just make one to convince them that it’s a physical contact sport. Thank you!! 😁

  6. I love you so much you are literally the one who helps me through tryouts and soccer games thank you for showing how much it takes to accomplish your dreams I really appreciate it anyways do you have any tips for wingers ❤😂
