I‘m a ref and i personaly think its great to do it this way but as a ref you are not allowed to threaten players by saying that they are going to get a red or a yellow card
I mean just look at this your parents probably pay a lot of money so you can go to training camps there are probably scouts watching you looking how you play but one thing they also look at is your body langue and attitude so it’s sad to see players like this
