  1. Motta also showed some naivety with those conciliatory remarks about the competitions. How are you a 7 Sorelle club and NOT wanting to challenge for every title? It was an attitude reminiscent of a lower-league club from a manager that is just starting out, but it is something that I fear could replicate itself with Fabregàs, Alonso, etc…

  2. I’m gonna go out on a limb and say that Motta did not have the mettle to manage a club like Juventus, yet…

I think his time came too soon, similar to Milano last season, Juve fired their manager ahead of time and saw this up-and-coming attractive coach in Serie A (Motta) and Juve dove head over heels in love.

Motta had a great last season at Bologna, his project was (and is still) working, but I think that transplanting him so quickly to a 7 Sorelle club with SO MANY DOMINANT PERSONALITIES was doomed to at least step on some big toes in Turin.

  3. Marco is wearing his Juventus glasses. There's a reason why Tudor wasn't brought in and Motta was. No one can answer that but it will be on the pitch.

  4. Juventus is gone since we sacked B.Marotta. Now Management team is unaware how to get things done and how to put the right players for the team to go forward. Motta sacking shouldve done end of the season but its done but i dont understand Tudor taking over since he himself cant hold long in a club. Another person that need to be sacked is Giuntoli n Co.. Juventus has become MU of Serie A.

  5. Motta gave the impression to the club that he doesn't care the damage he does, he doesn't care if he gets in the Champions but for the club fourth place is key. Motta proved very immature in his handling of the people around him By the last defeat the team was no longer reacting anymore to defeat Surprising Motta showed arrogancebut if he learns and comes back down to Earth then he can do well, otherwise not much

  6. Motta burned too many bridges with too many players too soon, without having the results nor the accolades to back that up. He practically dug his own grave

  7. Since Marotta left, Juve has struggled to find a good sporting director. They have made ridiculous decisions, such as starting a new project with a coach who lacks experience at a big club and spending €220 million on transfers. Another mistake is changing the coach and appointing someone like Tudor, who has even less experience than Motta. On top of that, he now has to switch to a three-man defense at a crucial moment when the team is fighting for a Champions League spot with only nine games left.

  8. The injuries never allowed them to have continuity. Motta was unlucky. One thing is for sure, this season was WAY better to see than what miserable Allergi was doing playing Rabiot and Kean

  10. This is why you shouldn’t hire one year coach wonders. He had a great season at Bologna and should have stayed there to get more experience. More money and bigger name players doesn’t mean anything.
