I have supported England for probably three decades now. They have been nothing but a disappointment since Italia 90. Both there runs in the last World Cup and Euro was orchestrated for a good showing. They always play down to the competition. I have no idea why they are held in such high regards; they are grossly overrated!!!

Denmark were the better team for the majority of the game. So sloppy from England. Constantly gave the ball away. Fortunate to come away with a draw. Off of another lucky goal. Southgate clutching at straws with the substitutions. The time had already passed to give the young guys a chance…

1 – 17th min: "England have been on the attack" "England is doninating this game"
17 – 33rd min: "England seem to have dropped off since their first goal" "England is not attacking anymore"
33rd – Halftime: "denmark deserves this win" "England has been performing worse and worse with every goal scored"
45th – 60th: "Bellingham hasnt been performing well" "englands midfield is nonexistent" "denmark is dominating the midfield"
61st – 75th: "They did this same thing against serbia, dropping off when they score a goal"
75th – 90th: "England are picking back up a little" "Will england score a late winner?"
90th – fulltime: "England is now in full form on the attack"

Can this team play better? Yes. Tactics and how the team sets up can help, especially with providing more space for the attackers. Having said that, international football relies quite often on individual brilliance, given players don't spend so much time together to build cohesion in play. Or if they happen to be predominantly from 1/2 club teams, that helps, especially for the defense. Just look at Germany (06-14), Spain (08-12), Italy (06). Brazil and France have had exceptional talent at times in the last few decades.
This England team does not have that. They have good players, and a few world class players. But the reality is France, Portugal have more of them and even Germany, Spain, etc have more players capable of the brilliant.
England is soccer loving and home of the greatest premier league of the world. The British are experts when you come to soccer. The majority of the population is watching soccer and is uncommonly knowledgeable about soccer. The entire world knows England players how skillful and talented they are. All eyes are watching them and wish them performing excellent as the way they did in the delightful English Premier League. Any manger who is taking responsibility for coaching England should perform closer to perfection and utilize the skills of the great England player.
