Its been an ongoing excuse . Regardless of personnell our scheming and coaching were horrendous . Linebackers not shuffling properly just running into gaps crazy ..Our blitz were so predictable- Overuse of man coverage -Wasting first downs with the most basic run schemes / screens ect ect.

Every Year since Jackson St it's another OC, which says there is no Defensive or Offensive identity. Prime interview good but the numbers don't add up at all.

its okay for us to admit that we have had flaws/weaknesses when it comes to our culture, coaching and how we've invested, evaluated, and used certain players, and done things organizationally….Having a pulse on your players, and the chemistry, tradition, and team culture needs improvement&changes…Having 3 wins last year, and this many kids leaving was an indicator of this and the growing pains, and up and down journey we've been on….We can't sugar coat this and act like every kid just leaves for money; although the outside environment of college fball players into this, and NIL/transfer portal is real, but we need to control what we can control and be CU 2.0…..Let's hope we've learned this, and will make the right changes, and feel we have more humility &work this offseason…..Sko Buffs
