Chelsea don't need much investment at all. They need maybe 2 or 3 captain personalities.
When you look at their squad, there's a lot of talent there, but they just need those captain mentalities around the squad that keep the standards high, as well as being proven winners.
A new Thiago Silva type stalwart in defence, maybe two.
A forward that guarantees them 20+ league goals.
