That shin injury he faced in 2012 made me cry so bad… David Villa was my fav player and it caused me so much pain to see him go and more pain to see him suffering his speed stamina performance due to that injury.. That injury took 2 years from him straight away… A player who is very close to my heart and certainly who was critical part of Spains euro and worldcup as Barcelona 2010-11 peak! What a time it was 😍

Sadly he is Underrated! Only true football lovers can appreciate Villa. Ambidextrous. Versatile as winger or central. Skillful. Intelligent able to make the right runs. Lethal finisher. A complete striker. 2007-2011 he was at the top of his game but unfortunately was he wasn’t noticed or valued.
