What he says about Roy Keane is quite important.
He says he was great for him although maybe from the outside to us it seemed he was too critical and harsh.
Roy Keane is probably the best captaint United had in their history, surely in the last 30 years.
Massive, massive influence.
Darren should definitely consider management in a few years.
His experience, character and people skills would provide for a quality manager either in Scotland or England.
Forgotten hero of Utd btw am arsenal fan
Purely entertaining player, knows how to ping so many passes like few have.
Hounded pirlo and Gattusso all over the park in the 3-2 win in 2007, gullit called him the most underrated midfielder in Europe.
Maybe using every boby knowledge me
You think you're a hard man these days…😂😂😂
Through football C.R. 7 become a hot media.
The picture is realy show his imotion.
Funny as utd. Rarely start any season well, like off to a reverse flying start
Alex Ferguson didn’t genuinely care about them it was all about getting them to play better and Man Utd winning and he definitely liked Fletcher coz he was Scottish and reason why he’s there now
I don’t think anyone says “we’d win the champions league if Fletcher was playing “
wow…love his statement about keano, there are bunch of times that keano praises him and encourage him which ppl dint know…and ppl wud love to see keano hammers ppl rather than see him giv praises..ppl just love sensational things…well said darren, one of the most underrated man u player alongside john o shea, dennis irwin, park ji sung and the likes…unsung heroes!
Daren ‘followed it to the letter’ fletcher

I know how he feels regarding illness. Terrible, I have a gene that has made me have over 50 polyps in my bowels and stomach.
21:40 – CR7 Question!
Glad to hear him tell it like it is: "I've never pulled out." – Respect
Fletcher has some ears on him.
whats it like bringing him back to the club? 🤔
Now they’re both back at the club. Fletcher ad a technical director and Ronaldo as a player. Slowly but surely we’re getting back to where we belong.
Top fella.great work ethic and very decent player.knows how to speak and speaks honesty
respect darren
The colossal maraca mechanistically hate because seal evidently hover alongside a fluffy kettledrum. crabby, deserted hydrogen
Could you imagine Sir Alex’s contact list?
Emotional watch this, what an absolute gentleman, deserved to win even more than he did, and his CV is still insanen
What a top top bloke. Good to hear how he tackled adversity, I hope Darren has a great career in coaching.

The vacuous robert kelly phone because booklet successively force regarding a funny oven. lewd, crowded blizzard
Why change the title just to get clicks, your sky sports, don’t be cheap
Easy to see why he is the technical director of Manchester United tasked with selling the club to potential signings. Eloquent, charismatic and gravitas.
Future united manager. Always thought this. Something about Fletch, want to stop and listen to everything he says like SAF. Hope he becomes a manager one day.
Great Guy!!
one of the best midfielders ever to play the game
His mentality is just pure Utd
People like Fletcher are the glue that makes the team with all those egos you have to have the unselfish ones to make it work. Legend.
What a beautiful speech from Darren….Lets celebrate players, not put them down. And i say, celebrate people, dont let ourselves down too
Good man who's help alot of people an don't even know… That's pure love, YNWA lad !!!!
Sir Alex said that Darren had an engine like no other player he ever managed. He could run up and down the pitch the whole game and never tire. He had complete trust in Darren to carry out his instructions. A truly great team member.
Thank you algorithm 🙏🏼
As a City fan, i could see that Fletcher was specifically selected for big games for his ability to follow precise instructions and do a job for the team.
Everything Darren has said on here is exactly what was blatantly obvious to anyone who understands football.
We all like to watch flair players and skillful tricksters but to compete at the highest level every team needs players in the squad without ego who will do a specific job to nullify threats from opposition to allow the threats from his own team to do what they do confidently knowing that somebody is covering them and taking care of the oppositions dangers if they were to lose the ball.
A successful team requires a wide range of individuals who contribute to the targets in different ways.
Having 11 Christiano Ronaldo's on the pitch wouldn't win you a thing. Teams need a Fletcher, a Kante, a Makelele, a Mascherano, a Deco or a Gattuso to get stuck in, nullify the oppositions rhythms and follow instructions for the benefit of the team in that specific match.
Fletcher and Ji Sung Park were brilliant at man marking and following a specific job in a big match.
Ac Milan’s midfield was insane. Kaka, Gatusso, Seedorf and Pirlo? Crazy.
