In this case I believe it’s a penalty, however some players have made a career out of it and it works against them sometimes. Refs also study videos and know this!

It's a dive, but if VAR awards a penalty for Georgia for the slightest of contacts, then this is even more of a penalty. In fact, we would need to see 20 penalties per games with these modern guidelines.

Ref gave the toe tap and dive from the Georgian player as a penalty but somehow neither foul on Ronaldo in the box was. Very inconsistent
