I think there are definitely times where refs personally feel attacked and issue cards. Just not professional. Of course the rules say that stuff is no allowed but if the refs can't see WHY it could just be an accident and just choose to give the cards, (like a player accidentally running into them, why tf would the player trip the ref) then they are definitely going off their emotions.
