Do you have any evidence or science studies to prove the efficiency on applying this different methods in different blocks? And why we should apply? example: why slow plyometric in block 3 and fast plyometrics in block 5 and 6? why long intervals conditioning in block 4?

and he also went weight room 3-4 times per week.
so in this case, how many exercises and sets will be chosen in each session roughly to avoid fatigue?
