Let’s be honest go watch the 2 celebration bowls that Deon coached and then watch the last one that Jackson state did win. You can see an upgrade in game planning and decision making. I’m sorry, but as a coach overall I cant really see much of difference in skill set when I compare him to Mario Cristobal. Great at talent acquisition, provides a solid program, culture, and utterly miserable at in game decisions.
All that NFL level talent on that coaching staff, and they can't get basic time management right. Come on, man. That's inexcusable.
