    Mike Tomlin is a pompous arrogant fraud and should have been fired and not had his contract extended. I can summarize Mike Tomlin's agenda more accurately than the BS here. It's simply drama, blame his coaches and players and throw every and any one under the bus to distract from his incompetence. Mike Tomlin is a tiresome head coach who has no capability to build a championship team.

    Note how he mentioned 'different motivations' he has. I think Mr. Rooney said, "We're going for it now! Get us to the SB." Then, extends Coach 3 years.
    Sounds like a schedule to me.
    Coach T can do it, and no coach deserves it more.

    I’m not hating on Tomlin but when is going to start coaching. They still playing that 3/4 defense that can’t stop anything. He sit on the and watch his players get beat in that stupid zone play 20 off a receiver when they only need 6 yard. So when is he going to change and start to coach

    Understand that Tomlin strength is puffing his chest out and saying witty little things to the players… and that makes the players love him. But I’d rather less of that if it meant more ability during games to be an actual good in game coach.

    Tomlin is 100% the best coach in history at being likable and his off-season presentations such as this, yet he also holds the record for the only current head coach to go anywhere near as long as 8 consecutive years without a playoff win in the playoffs in the postseason, which is the only season that matters.

    somehow so many who call themselves “Steelers fans” (but really only Mike Tomlin fans) have forgotten the real priority which is to win playoff games and Mike Tomlin hasn’t had a winning postseason playoff record since two decades ago.

    So all this bluster means nothing when you’ve been a playoff loser for this long and it’s ridiculous superficial stuff like this is why so many out of town fans who aren’t from Pittsburgh bring Art Rooney II money and keep Tomlin in his job . Real Steelers fans rather an unlikable a-hole who isn’t so good at these presentations, but who can instead win playoff games would be a trade-off any real Steeler fan would happily make.
