1st off he not the only coach been complaining. Saban literally retired over this stuff. They need to have contracts and limit the transfer portal. You sign with a team and TAKE THEY MONEY you stuck there. I don't understand how you can go somewhere take they money and then dip and act like you don't owe them that money back. I'm not saying players don't deserve to be paid. But they do need to reign in some of it.
