Coach Javi, I am 4’9 and I am in the U14 PENN Alliance select team and we are playing in the second highest division that you can be in for U14. Can you give me any advice for what to do since I am so small, and also how to get more physical and just flat out get better. (P.S. I play center mid, I am with all the tall kids)

When I first started watching your videos, I was just starting out as a U15 coach at my local club. There wasn't really any more experienced coaches willing to give any tips or a different perspective so I was on my own to try and figure things out. Your videos have provided me with a wealth of knowledge and inspiration to keep improving as a coach. From the little tips in the old training videos to your own love of the game and your craft, it's truly kept me going to always be a better coach, which in turn, has made my boys better as players.
Congratulations on the degree and upcoming milestone of 50k as well. It's been great to be part of this journey you're on and I can't wait to see what's coming up next.
