  1. Cincinnati might be a boring city to visit but it is a great US soccer city, top 5 US Market for soccer in my opinion it also helps the Bengals and Reds are totally clueless on how to run a professional team.

  2. Taylor isn't wrong in saying FCC have only been around for 3 years but Cincy has a soccer culture that has been built up for several years prior to FCC. There was the indoor team Cincinnati Excite then the Kings had a rivalry with Louisville Lightning as well as there being a Kings outdoor team in the PDL. Now there's the USL rivalry. If Columbus does move, without Louisville who will Cincy hate? Louisville City should be an MLS team. They've been a force since joining the USL.

  3. MLS is on fire! Atlanta, LAFC, Nashville, Miami… and now Cincinatti !
As a new MLS fan, itยดs getting harder and harder to choose a team to support. The fansยด passion is hitting new heights every season.

  4. Taylor Twellman is a sharp guy. I don't always agree but he presents his points succinctly. Can't say the same for most other American commentators (Alexi Lalas).

  5. If Cincy doesn't have a good nickname, and everybody just calls them FCC, tables will flip. I can't be the only person who is sick and tired of these alphabet soup names.

  6. Guys…. this image is completely flat. Color your footage MLS!!! This is completely unacceptable as a professional channel. Do better… Anyway, congrats to FC Cincinnati!

  7. Uncontrolled expansion with no regard for global footballing league standards or promotion-relegation. This has never ended badly in America before…except twice with the previous two attempts to create a national league in the 30s and 80s.
The idea that we can Americanize everything is as arrogant as it is foolish. So what, MLS will be a single entity 30+ team league? We want a NFL or NBA style league? I don't. Damn these Garber goons for doing this. It will not end well. Even if it half the teams dont fold, this model will stifle MLS and make it an average league, forever. It will never compete with Europe with a single entity model, never. (I say all this as a Cincinnati Bengals and Reds fan)
