  1. Wait, I'm confused. Does this guy stll play for team USA? I thought he quit for his Italian Sunday league. Last I saw him he was being deceptively used in commercials to sell tickets to Gold Cup games he wasn't even playing in. You know the Gold Cup right? The last tournament the USMNT can play together in before hosting the World Cup.

  2. If Turkey wins the play off, I can see the USMNT getting grouped. Turkey will probably top the group and I can see Australia coming in second and the US being third. I could honestly see the US coming in fourth too. We just aren't very good under Poch. And Poch isn't the main problem. It's the whole organization.

  3. Am I the only one who feels like FIFA rigged this for the US? What are the chances we we get drawn with two teams we just played in the last year? Am I missing something? And I'm saying this as an American.

  4. We got a good draw. We "should" finish first in our group, but games aren't played on paper. If I lived on the west coast, I would definitely attend one of their games.

  5. This is a very even group. DO NOT take Australia and Paraguay lightly even though we recently best them. They are not A squads. Turkey is likely come out of playoff spot so yeah the team better be focus and ready. There is no easy group in World Cup.
