  1. I watched the sounders match the ref was being unfair every time New York fouled us play on we do same foul he calls free kick for New York major league soccer should fire this ref.

  2. 3:25
The ball is at his feet
He is just east of the goal area
He is at the edge of the penalty area
Nearest defender is ten yards behind
    Goalkeeper to beat

    Without doubt DOGSO.

Even then, if not it must be SPA. Don't think the player was cautioned was he?

  3. Sorry Weibe, but how can you point to poor goalkeeping when THE FOUL WAS BLATANT AF and there never should have even been a free kick in the other direction for that keeper to have spilled the ball. Sorry, but you can't blame the result of the he issue without addressing the CAUSE of the issue. Are you truly that idiotic? And I don't care about either of those teams, so I really couldn't care less who won the game (or if either team won, not sure what the result even was). I do care about how awful you are at your job though.

You have a "feeling" that Blake touched his foot? Again, that video makes it BLATANT AF that Blake touches his foot. That is clear and obvious. Blake made contact with his foot. How much? Now that part is debatable, but the fact that he made contact is not.

  4. How do you not see the contact on the right foot of the Red Bull player on the second yellow for the Seattle player? It is a stupid foul, but stupid fouls are also fouls and deserve cards. The guy was trying to catch up and clips him from behind. You might be looking for a push, which happens after the player goes down, but the clip on the right foot is what makes him go down.

  5. Clear second yellow for Chicharito.
No second yellow for João Paulo.
    Definite second yellow for Nerwinski.
No penalty in NYC vs PHI. I’d give a free kick outside the box and no DOGSO.
I see enough on replay to give the penalty against Blake. He moved Segal’s foot enough to cause him to lose balance. You can see where Segal was trying to plant his foot and you can see Blake deviate that. It’s so obvious.

  6. Highlights? I have MLS season pass, so I don’t need YouTube highlights, but that’s not the point… No league in the world, not even the money greedy NFL, forces people to buy a subscription to watch highlights. That’s awful branding and PR. Also, people in Europe and other countries are not going to buy season pass. Games don’t start until after midnight in Europe. The highlight is how you’re going to reach that audience. They will not pay $100 per year for highlights.

  7. MLS has some of the worst refereeing in the world.
Ive seen it in person, where a player will foul infront of a ref, but the ref acts like he didnt see it.
The refereeing at the dynamo game was shite, and dynamo were still able to get a win playing against 12 men.

  8. in the Blake vs Segal incident, I'm surprised you didn't mention your age old favorite of dragging the opposite foot, showing that he was looking for the contact and initiating the dive early. Negligible contact from Blake, big dive from Segal. good no-call from the officials, could've given yellow for simulation.

  9. I think it is time for VAR to be more involved to yellow card diving. The second yellow on Paulo was a dive by the Red Bulls Player. Also, New York got away with an elbow to the face at the end of the game. There was not a big windup but leading with the elbow and making contact with the face should be an auto red card. I think the Vancouver player embellished the contact on the sideline. There was a knee to the hip but he fell very dramatically. The penalty for Philly looks like the contact was outside the box. It also looks like the Philly player stops moving and reaches back before contact. I do not see much of a push.

  10. So glad you pointed out the lack of contact on Joao Paulo's 2nd yellow. I was trying to figure out if he even makes contact watching the replays last night. The first yellow shouldn't have happened imo, as their should've been a foul called on NYRB against Lodeiro seconds prior
