قال: "إن رفع مستوى الوعي وإصدار المحظورات كما فعلنا في كندا. علينا مواصلة التنديد بهذه الانتهاكات وتحدي مسؤولي الحزب الشيوعي الصيني المتورطين، لوقف هذا العمل، وإنهاء اضطهاد مختلف الأقليات داخل الصين، ووضع حد لعمليات استئصال الأعضاء القسرية والاتجار بها.
هذا انتهاكٌ صارخٌ لحقوق الإنسان الأساسية، بلا شك. إنه لأمرٌ مروّعٌ أن يحدث ويستمر. لذا، علينا أن نضع حدًا لتواطؤ الدول الغربية، وأن نبذل قصارى جهدنا لفضح هذه الجرائم، ومحاسبة مرتكبي انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان، ومنع تكرارها.

لطالما كان النائب دان مويس، شأنه شأن النائب غارنيت جينوس، من أشدّ مناصري الفالون غونغ. وقد سلّط الضوء على التناقض بين ممارسي الفالون غونغ، الذين يتّبعون مبادئ الصدق والرحمة والصبر، وبين استئصال الأعضاء القسري الذي يمارسه الحزب الشيوعي الصيني. ويتناقض اضطهاد الحزب الشيوعي الصيني تمامًا مع هذه المبادئ.
وحث النائب دان مويس الممارسين أيضًا على مواصلة الجهود و"رفع الوعي العام بما يحدث وتشجيع العمل".
واختتم كلمته قائلاً: "لذا فمن المهم أن تعلموا أن لديكم أصدقاء في برلمان كندا".
