  1. Caicedo volley goal that was disallowed due to offside represents everything that is wrong with VAR – @6:48 look how many players are all lined up awaiting the free kick. If the rules are modified soon, as announced, they need to make more sense, and also stop removing so many good goals.

  2. How many missed calls in favor of Chelsea, handball, corners etc. even the announcers called it out. But hey that's why they have VAR, so they don't use it w/e they feel like.

  3. Some truly horrific officiating in this match. The line drawn for Caicedo's disallowed goal was extremely questionable. Sarr one hundred percent dove in the box in the 69th minute and should have received a yellow, and his later foul on Caicedo could have been a red in and of itself. Either way, he should have been sent off in the 72nd minute. There were a couple VAR reviews totaling seven minutes, and a couple substitutions, so how in tf is there 12 minutes of added time at the end of that game? Atrocious.

Sanchez had a good game but still cannot be Chelsea's number one keeper. Chalobah and Cucu both had solid games at the back. Caicedo was an absolute unit, as per usual. He got robbed of a beautiful goal IMO. Enzo was a boss for most the game, but did miss a crucial, wide open layoff to Sancho running up the left on a counter. Sancho himself had a really poor game. Reminded me of Willian before Chelsea offloaded him: trying the same tired move to cut inside that hasn't worked in three seasons. Madueke should have come on earlier for him. Neto ran his ahh off and was consistently a problem. Palmer needs to keep chugging along and tune out the haters. Good to see Jackson back on the pitch but I still don't think he's it for Chelsea up top.

Up the Blues, another Spurs hide in the bag.

  4. Looking for the experts who wanted to sell Fernández because he was a bust.
Actually watching him play for Argentina vs. Brazil made clear he's a top notch player mired in a so and so team.

  5. I don’t understand how the offside was relevant against Caicedo’s goal. Colwill didn’t even touch it did he? It was headed out by the defender?

  6. I’m an Arsenal fan, but I gotta say it: Caicedo’s goal broke the speed barrier for enforcing any rules to negate it, especially offsides..

  7. If it hits your hand, intentionally or not it’s a handball. This rules as defending your goal using your hand which is prohibited as a field player. Offsides are becoming more provocative. That second goal was a goal in real football, if I you are offside and I pass the ball and other player picks it up that was on side he get a green light. Football association is very corrupt. They do anything to have control and leverage over the teams and fans. These inconsistent decisions ruin the game. I am not even sure what are the official rules are in this game. Every year they add more none sense which becomes confusing and misleading which exactly how they get leverage to screw the games
